Maria was the only doctor I saw who immediately noticed I had shingles and was critical to getting me the treatment I needed. She even supported a care plan after I returned from the hospital via text and assisted with missing prescriptions. So grateful to her! Money well spent.

My experience with MedVisit was excellent. I was under the care of Dr. Stephani Salvatierra. She was thorough, gentle and asked good questions. Dr. Salvatierra took her time to do all checkups. I felt overall it was a wellrounded experience. The only pointer I would have is that the appointment is expensive but considering the fee is inclusive of home visits if you can afford the fee its worth it

I want to write this five-star recommendation.My son had a persistent cough, so we went to a local clinic but he left without any treatment or medication and they scheduled an X-ray for a week later, which felt confusing and concerning.My mother’s instinct told me something wasn’t right my son was already complaining about chest pain.We had used this service before and it immediately came to my mind because the doctors have always been highly skilled and professionals.I honestly cannot praise Dr. Raul Penso enough with words.He arrived a few minutes early which, as a Scandinavian, made a great impression on me and his English was excellent.His professionalism and expertise were truly outstanding. He examined my son thoroughly and immediately recognized signs of bronchitis and possible pneumonia, something I hadn’t even considered, as my son didn’t have a high fever.He connected so well with my son and even with my dog, haha!He gave us clear advice and guidance for the days ahead.Thanks to him, I now feel safe and reassured about my son’s condition.A thousand thanks from the bottom of my heart!

I was traveling in Spain and had a tissue infection around my eyes.I asked the front desk at the hotel if they knew a doctor and they told me about this service. They called them. They were at my room in less than an hour. It was a female doctor or English was perfect and she diagnosed me quickly and what the prescription. What I really appreciated is how she taught me how to care for the infection. Something that was never done in the US for me when I had the same thing.Service was very friendly comprehensive, and less expensive than in the US!

Very thorough and knowledgeable,UPDATE: however now that we are back in the states and my husband was able to see his PCP we were informed that the meds that they prescribed to my husband were not enough. They were treating the ear pain and outer ear infection but not the entire inner ear infection. The drops were not enough, he needed an oral antibiotic and oral prednisone to calm the ear inflammation and infection. We paid for two visits and he saw two different doctors on different days and neither one of them knew this. Although it was convienient and they were nice doctors the treatment plan was not appropriate and its scary when you need to fly 13 hours and your ear drum has the possibility of puncturing.

Had an episode of food poisoning and chanced upon MedVisit while searching up Google. Dr Stefani reached punctually and assessed me thoroughly before prescribing the right medications. I like how she explained what I should expect based on my current conditions and the purpose of each medication. Dr. Andres was very friendly and kind. However, we did not benefit from the MedVisit service in anyway. We made the appointment online and paid 150€ for the doctor to visit at home, after speaking to them over the phone. The doctor showed up 1 hour late, after us repeatedly calling medvisit. He came here and checked my brother, the patient, and diagnosed him with tonsillitis. He said that there is no point in him prescribing medicines and that we should visit another clinic for treatment. He referred us to a private clinic, we assumed were their partners. Once we got there, we were charged for consultation again apart from the cost of scan and treatment.Essentially we paid 150€ for the doctors consultation - only to be told to go to another clinic and get the consultation again.We only had the public insurance, so ended up paying a ridiculous amount.
