I am from the US and got really sick while abroad in Barcelona. The doctor was so accommodating and kind. She met me at a Starbucks because I wasn’t able to come into the office and she couldn’t come in my hostel. Seriously the best service. Super easy to book an appointment with them.. the doctor was on site within one hour.Dr Raevskii provided an excellent examination and consultation to my wife, who went down with flu for about a week (despite we took flu vaccination before the travel). An amazing service after my wife burned her foot and went in to shock. The doctor arrived in just over 1 hour. The service was professional, pleasant and thorough. The Doctor, Stephanie Salvatierra Moreno was brilliant with English language and shared a love of English fish and chips! She prescribed some treatment for the burn which I found locally in 5 minutes. 10/10 satisfaction.

No recommendation, they did not tell me that the appointment is at my home and not in the clinic, so I was waiting in front of a closed door. When I finally met the doctor he made a false diagnose and sent me to a private hospital so I would pay a lot of money for tests which were unnecessary and you would get for free at public hospitals. Stay away, it’s just a rip off!!!!

I want to write this five-star recommendation.My son had a persistent cough, so we went to a local clinic but he left without any treatment or medication and they scheduled an X-ray for a week later, which felt confusing and concerning.My mother’s instinct told me something wasn’t right my son was already complaining about chest pain.We had used this service before and it immediately came to my mind because the doctors have always been highly skilled and professionals.I honestly cannot praise Dr. Raul Penso enough with words.He arrived a few minutes early which, as a Scandinavian, made a great impression on me and his English was excellent.His professionalism and expertise were truly outstanding. He examined my son thoroughly and immediately recognized signs of bronchitis and possible pneumonia, something I hadn’t even considered, as my son didn’t have a high fever.He connected so well with my son and even with my dog, haha!He gave us clear advice and guidance for the days ahead.Thanks to him, I now feel safe and reassured about my son’s condition.A thousand thanks from the bottom of my heart!
