Dr. Andres was very friendly and kind. However, we did not benefit from the MedVisit service in anyway. We made the appointment online and paid 150€ for the doctor to visit at home, after speaking to them over the phone. The doctor showed up 1 hour late, after us repeatedly calling medvisit. He came here and checked my brother, the patient, and diagnosed him with tonsillitis. He said that there is no point in him prescribing medicines and that we should visit another clinic for treatment. He referred us to a private clinic, we assumed were their partners. Once we got there, we were charged for consultation again apart from the cost of scan and treatment.Essentially we paid 150€ for the doctors consultation - only to be told to go to another clinic and get the consultation again.We only had the public insurance, so ended up paying a ridiculous amount.

Terrible experience, bad communication from international department. No one attended to us in the waiting room. Nor did they attend to us or communicate with us well when we did enter the sick bay. MRI scan cost $900 for an American citizen. The doctor was friendly but didn’t go much into depth with explaining. They didn’t even show us the mri. Poor visit.

She spoke very good English, so it was nice to be able to communicate clearly afternoonhile feeling so sick and for seven days. She was wonderful and very thorough and caring and took me serious. Sending me to the hospital with possible appendicitis. We went to a private hospital in Logronos. They didn’t even check my vitals signs. They gave a very small bag of fluids. Sending me away with a prescription of Probiotics and feeling no better.

Would like to leave words of thanks to Dr. Lopez who come to my help when most needed. She arrived in time as scheduled and carefully checked / asked about my illness situation. My throat and tonsil is filled with condensed yellow secretions. She prescribed antibiotics and have carefully asked about my previous allergieshistory. She gave me the right antibiotics and I am completely recovered within 5 days. Dr. Lopez gave me the medical report quickly for insurance claim and promised to offer further help which she did by whatappp asking about if I have any allergic reaction after taking the pills. She is so caring.Thank you also to the apps platform which is a great innovative idea to offer English speaking medical help with door to door services. This help me to continue travel in Barcelona without any loss of travel time to go to hospital or clinic.

Beyond disappointed. The company came with good reviews, we made an appointment for IV fluids at 10pm, the Dr. never arrived. We called to check on status of the visit- and were told we didn’t have an appointment. The next day they rescheduled and Dr arrived. He offered nausea medicine and said they were unable to give an IV. Poor communication and felt like a scam.
