Whilst the doctor arrived pretty much on time for this visit, and on the surface, seemed compentent and attentive, overall, the service and follow up was sub-par! We called for a doctor for my mother who was visiting and who was unwell. The doctor determined that she did not have a bacterial infection but rather a viral chest infection. He advised over the counter meds and said that the report of the visit would be sent later that day so that my mum could claim the cost back from her travel insurance. more than 6 hours later, no report was received and so we phoned the company once again to follow this up and were then instructed to send an email and go through a verification process to receive the report. My mother did this, only to receive a report which simply said that she had a "cold" and said that her blood pressure and other vital signs were fine. Her vital signs were not checked at any time during the visit and so the blood pressure reading included in the report was a total lie. Upon returning to the UK, my mum visited her GP and was assessed as indeed having a bacterial infection and was promply prescribed antibiotics and is now making a good recovery. My advice - avoid this place, it's more trouble than it's worth!

I went here after not having a good experience at a different urgent care. The doctor seemed very well educated on my issue and was able to prescribe a better medication and explain the reasoning for his decision. The doctor spoke very good english and worked with me all the way through obtaining the prescription I needed. I appreciated his help and thouroughness.
